Text messaging terms
The program
Pharos Insurance Group LLC sends text messages from (305) 776-9420 about your quote or service request and related policy servicing, such as certificates, documents, appointments and service questions. We don’t send marketing texts.
How you opt in
You opt in only by checking the optional text consent box on one of our web forms. Consent isn’t a condition of buying any product or service.
How often
Message frequency varies with your requests and your policy.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may get one message confirming your opt-out. After that, we won’t text you unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by calling or emailing us. We record and honor every opt-out.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (305) 776-9420 or email sales@pharosins.com.
- Want texts again later? Check the text consent box on one of our web forms. We’ll record your renewed consent before we text you again.
Your mobile number
We don’t share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in data with anyone for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Things to know
- Wireless providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Don’t text us Social Security numbers or bank or card details. You can text us driver’s license and CDL details.
- A request by text or voicemail doesn’t bind, change or cancel coverage by itself. Coverage is in effect only once a policy is issued or bound, under its terms.
